- At what image width do you draw and to what width do you decrease it after completing?
I originally drew at 800x10000 but I'm converting to 2400x50000 (the width it's 3x) I can't give a good review on whether or not the resizing for me is better as I haven't gotten the chance to finish a page to resize.
- At what dpi do you draw?
300 It's usually regarded as the standard.
- Do you add text before or after decreasing the image size?
It doesn't apply to me yet but I will be putting the text on beforehand
- What font size do you use?
Komika Text, I hover around 18-20. I'm trying to be more consistent about it.
- Since Webtoons accepts only jpegs, do you do anything specific to make the image quality as lossless as possible?
Not exactly. However, I have noticed that for some reason the app makes the photos more grainy then the website. I'd recommend if you want to read on your phone just use the browser.
- Post your Webtoon, please.
Useful resources I've found are actually the Webtoon staff themselves have given a 'editing tips' crash course.
There's also Croppy, a website designed to cut both to Tapas regulations, and Webtoon's. You put in your PNGS, JPEGS, etc. and it cuts and zips up your files and numbers them.

The creator of 'Let's Play' also wrote a code for Photoshop to cut your files to Webtoon's format. I don't remember where to find this one.
I wish you good luck!
