Webtoons help: stuck when uploading files

when uploading the files for example 12 slices of the comic I get stuck randomly at 3/12 or 5/12 I tried cutting it to 13 slices but no good I'm always stuck I tried uploading files that have been uploaded already and I still get stuck u.u

I tried uploading one by one but it'll eventually get stuck again. I followed the dimensions and stuff too. It just suddenly happened.

it's not my first time uploading, I've upload a few times already but suddenly it just won't upload completely anymore. I'm sad I don't know what's the problem.

pls voice out if u have any idea why tyvm T^T

There should be a message pop-up when the image file does not meet the requirements right ? Did you see any and what does it say ?

naww man it doesn't even pop-up anything u.u

literally won't upload completely

Did you try to upload by small batch ? instead the all 12 files try uploading 3 files at a time or even one by one

That actually happens quite often to me and my friends. What I do is upload 3-5 pages at time, save as draft (not publish), then edit and add more.

So even if something get stuck again, I don't have to re-upload from the start.

I did. Like the first batch can but the next batch can't, it'll get stuck during uploading files again

ooooo I tried to do this. It's a good idea definitely better than trying to re upload everything again however again eventually stuck. ><
This is the probably the best option for me now
