These two are seriously so baffling to me. I figured that the change in algorithm contributed, especially since Webtoons is also going all "family friendly", deleting comics/pages/episodes that may look too sexual for them. My comic was at least stagnant before the change.
The 100 comic limit, I'd never be able to reach that amount on there (most of the comics on there are pretty much the same sort of manga/manhua, romance/slice of life/kawaii thing. Once you read one you've basically read the majority), but that's so bullshit and creates an unnecessarily competitive environment. It's stupid.
Yeah, who really knows what going on. I have a feeling Webtoons will never address it since they never have addressed their questionable decisions and site layout choices.
Cool story, bro.
@Nachi @beta1042 @fattackycats, thank you for the responses! I'm glad I'm not just going crazy, or that there isn't some messed up glitch that the staff refuse to fix. Tbh I just deleted my account, and started over again. I'm not a fan of dead/bot subs no matter the site, and I've been fixing to get rid of the fanatical fujoshi who subbed to my comic when it was being promoted anyway. Which there's nothing wrong with fujoshi... sometimes, but they'll just be disappointed when the ending comes around with no m|m make-out scenes in sight, and I don't want people pushing me to trade the story for sex.
It'll be nice to start fresh, even if I won't get near as much attention. Thank you all again for the responses.
