I love so many brazilian dubs even though the industry is notoriously closed here (like, you've watched one dub movie, you've watched them all, they're comically averse to new voice actors it feels like), but special mention goes to Cosmo from The Fairy Oddparents. I would not like the show at all if it wasn't for him; I believe it's Guilherme Briggs, and he basically made him have a thousand accents at all times, from all over the country, and it's hilarious. The original voice does impressions yes, but the brazilian dub never stops. 90% of the time I sat down to watch because of him, if there wasn't a show afterwards I liked.
On the bad side of things, brazilian dubs constantly force the "lesbian-looking" character to have a gruff mannish choice. Rainbow Dash and Garnet/Ruby from Steven Universe come to mind iirc, though they were both toned down with time because of the obviously horrible implication it has. Rainbow Dash seriously sounds like someone is squishing her cheeks at all times, it's infuriating, and put me off watching reruns over just seeing the original episodes pirated.
