Yeah. I was going to talk about it later. The thing is it has no information about author or publisher, nothing whatsoever. but the art looked like it was made by someone who was doing it for years, and the fact that all the spech bubbles were filled with computer fonts made me suspicious. I just haven't done any research on it yet.
But still... it's a homeland produced... shameless rip-off Not proud of that.

I looked it up. Yes it is. It was like two years after USSR fell, we didn't have all that intellectual property culture after decades of everything beinf for everyone (we still don't). Small companies were cashing in on whatever they could untill licensed publishers entered the market.

I must admit this was a strangely good comic! but what did the author smoke to get those ideas? The weird scenarios and at times the narrative reminded me on some (I think) 70s comics my relatives had, only those had more sex scenes xD That free spirit though, what is that supposed to be? I need a cannabis brownie, maybe it'll make sense afterward.

Do you know if any of the elements in the comic are supposed to have political symbolism from the time it was published? I honestly have no idea so just asking out of curiosity.

Thanks for the responce! The thing with soviet, post-soviet countries, considering weirdness... it... it's just there. Especially in cartoons, but I don't even want to start about. But science fiction, fantasy, horror, that only appeared at the end of 80's, it just has that tint, and even though I am myself grew up in of those countries, for the most part have no idea, what' going on there.
About political symbolysm... No. I'm pretty sure there's non of that. I'm going to cover russian comic reries "Muha" (The Fly) of that period, and the sams thing is going on there too. Basically the thing is that for decades of social realism stuff like this was pretty much supressed, so now creative people had possibility freely explore and create purely fanasy world and use those as an escape from reality.
And yes, I'm going to do more. Thereare a bunch more I've either just discovered recently or just don't have a phisical copy on hand.
