Me love hoodies, me love hooded jacket, me love hooded cloak, me love sweaters, but I didn't own em, so I draw em a lotz.

(please forgive my language XD)

Hmm, maybe...

Simple hair because I am not used to drawing wavy or curly hair, or complex hairstyles.

Suits and button-down shirts. Baggy clothing in general.

Non-human characters.

Everyone has hoodies and most of characters have multiple piercings in their ears.

Creepy smiles, looking like you haven't slept or ate in 3 months and on the brink of running outside declaring yourself king of the lizard people.

yeah i love scarves too bruh!

they make the char look cool

especially when it blows in the wind

i actually forget my char design sometimes and just go with it

draw them with diff armor or clothes , lucky no one noticed

Asymmetrical hair is the first thing that comes to mind. Occasionally I try to resist it, but it's just so good.

Also most of my characters are on the thinner side. I definitely gotta work on that. I want to be confident drawing any body type.

Really skinny buff dudes or dudets, Dragons or lizard people... I like fantasy =P

also scars, scars for everyone

freckles ^^;

I have to stop myself from giving them to everyone

  • Big, long hair
  • Long skirts / jackets / butt capes
  • Big boobs
  • Long eyelashes
  • Fangs
  • Hourglass body shapes

Not 100% of the time but it’s what I tend to favor lol

Well, let's see...

  • Jacket with fur-lined collars
  • Hoodies and hoods in general
  • Geometric patterns and details
  • Jackets with angular shoulders
  • Thick eyebrows

I think there's more but I can't for the life of me think any. This is one of those things where other people might notice recurring elements more easier, because it is quite easy to be blind to your own designs.

Glasses

Animal ears

Collared shirts

Muscles

Droopy eyes or "that one long cat-eye eyelash"

Simple-colored spacious clothing. This kind of clothes:

  • Allows you to hide errors in anatomy
  • Saves your efforts on drawing outfits

I'm trying to move away from this little by little. But... for me it is just too tempting to put the character in a simple hoodie and concentrate drawing efforts on more interesting aspects of scene. :persevere:

Black hair, bangs swept to the side of the character's face and goth clothing XD
Especially pure black clothing.

If the design is complex, I'll probably kill them. I don't want to be drawing all that extra over and over again

Well, i noticed that i keep drawing characters either with brownish hair or red hair, like, i can't pick other colors at all! So all my characters hair are red, brown and sometimes pink but never used fancy colors as blue, green, even blonde...
Also the hairstyle too is always the same: messy hair for (hot) guys and long simple hair for girls with bangs usually...like i feel like i'm affected by a "same hair" syndrome XD but yeah doing them differently totally upset me.

Funny to say it, but it's triangles! They come up quite frequently in clothes and accessories.
They are on Gil's shirt (representing nachos, lol) and shoes, on Summer's shirt in Hexameron and on Ada's shirt collar and earrings in Master of Keys.
Most of my MC guys have messy straight hair and MC girls have curly dark hair and green eyes. Girls usually have cool color palettes and guys have warm ones.
Also: jackets, hoodies, thick brows and mostly no one ever wears skirts

Extremely simple clothes. I almost never draw details in the clothes. The pieces have solid colors. I feel like my goal is to have a distinctive overall look and I see some details as unnecessary. Farah's jumpsuit is the perfect example, I don't think she needs belts, zipper, pockets or a print, she looks like herself.
