What are songs that represent important characters in your comic? For instance a theme for their life philosophy, their mood all the time, their personality or how they view the world?

For Marcus Sterling.... "Happy" by Pharrell Williams, "The Other Side" Justin Timberlake w/ SZA.,

Eli Welker: "One in a Million" Neyo, "Shades at Night" LNA, "Can't get you out of my Head" Kylie Minogue

Annabelle Grover: "One in a Million" Bosson, "Good Thing" Kehlani, "Its My Life" No Doubt, "Us against the world" Christina Milian.

Darice: "Song of the Caged Bird" Lindsey Stirling, "Night Flight" Vanessa Mae, "You Can Be the One" Late Night Alumni

BTW This took me forever to make the music list!!! It was hard to pick the songs for them.

I havent thought for individual songs (I like yet) for each one of my guys but I have one I love for the 3 of them
Soleil, Soleil by Pomme (the lyrics and the music really captures the story and how they feel)

This may be cheating, but my story has an album of character theme songs...! It's all future funk-y, which I think goes well with the characters. (note: I didn't make the album)

Maybe not so much songs, but groups, that represent my characters.

Sam - TrustCompany - Being knocked down and finding ways to grow instead of staying down, regardless of the number of times it takes getting knocked down in the process
Ex: Stronger

Sebastian - Cali y El Dandee - Not so much who they are but the mood set, plus being both are from the same country.
Ex: La Estrategia

Isaiah - Breaking Benjamin - Enigmatic lyrics fit his enigmatic existence, not sure if in the end he is embracing progress or embracing failures

For Scruffy Dude, a lot of things by Billy Joel absolutely hit the mark. This one always strikes home:

Also, 'Goodnight My Angel', also by Billy Joel, for... reasons.
Also also, bagpipes, and Celtic-inspired music in general.

For my Elven lady, this piece by Simon and Garfunkel really resonates with me.

For Emily, Wherever I May Find Her: Simon and Garfunkel

Glitch: Probably a combination of weird electronica, combined with the most irritating 90's pop you can imagine. She's the kind of character to get roaring drunk and 'sing' 'The Vengabus' at the top of her lungs.
Blues Scale: Miles Davis and John Coltrane. Cool school jazz, basically.
Boxer: So long as he can work out to it, he isn't fussy.
