So when releasing a episode I find myself clueless as to what tags should I be using... Part of me is to just use complimentary words like: Awesome, radical, new, etc. Is this really the way? Is there a cheat sheet of the top tags recently searched for? I have so many questions considering that I am a new artist on here, help me out!

Yeah, that's not the way. Adjectives are an audience point of view.
As the author you tag actual elements of the story, so genre and nouns you need. Ex.: Fantasy, surreal, drugs, traditional art or comic, etc.
Agreed. You need to put things people will search up. No one will put "awesome comic" in the search bar, but they might search "college" or "lesbian." Think of the things you typed in the last time you were looking for something to read.
