Hello,

My Name is Nio Kasgami and I recently though : I could do a Webtoon comic.

Although I tended to always do my comic in the manga or comic format. And I never really drew the webtoon format.

So I know those are not absolute rule but like most thing like 3D and manga they have set of "rules" to respect in order to be able to produce a decent product. They aren't absolute but they are here for "simplify" the job of the author.

So I was curious what are the thing I should think when I draw my comic using the webtoon format? How do I draw the panels for assure a good flow. What are the maximum panel should a page contain. What are the size?

I checked some Webtoon and I didn't understand the "standard" most webtoon use for spacing and flow.

Thanks for any further answer!
Nio

In pixels the standard format is Horizontal 800, Vertical 1280.

Also about panels some people use one whole page as a panel and some split a page in half and do two panels per page.

It more depends on what you prefer.
