I made a small ref for one of the reoccurring characters in my comic Space Paternity,
Mallen Graws would be a strict teacher, within the alpha program, always harping on her students level of "excellence"
I think my favorite aspect, is showing characters personalities through their appearance, per example you can tell she's a bit more strict with herself, being perpetually tired to hold up a standard, her features sharp, and properly managed. You can tell she sets the same standard for herself as she does others. Perfection.
