What are your hobbies outside of making comics?

I write for and act in a radio play podcast called Friend Of The Family. I really like watching and talking critically of movies and tv shows(especially cartoons). Not trashing them but really going into some of the cool deeper stuff in them.

I'm trying to get a theremin and learn to play that but I'm convinced people don't find me weird enough.

I paint, read, write short stories and poetry. I'm learning to play guitar in my spare time, trying to learn Tagalog, and teaching myself code. Sometimes I play videogames. Sometimes I make interactive fiction on Twine.

I play video games, watch some anime...read on occasion...I also like traveling, not so much the being on a plane for 10 hours but seeing new places and people. But it's not really a hobby since I can't do it on a whim.

I haven't had time for my other hobbies with this webcomic thing but I usually play music, play basketball, watch movies and shoot short films!
I might get back to it this summer when I have more time!

Apart from comic making, I also ... oh man, I don't know. LOL
I guess...connect with friends? Talk about stuff? I'm interested in psychology so I learn about it from time to time and I watch a lot of psychological movies.

Draw tons of fanart, play vidya games, watch cartoons (my faves are Gravity Falls, Star, Gumball, Over the Garden Wall), watch animated feature films, and once in a blue moon, I play guitar.

Other than doing comics or fan art I like to go for walks in the woods and bring cheerios down to what my friend and I call the "Demon Pond" we call it that because all sorts of critters thrive there and grow really big. There used to be a huge beaver but I'm not so sure what happened to him. I feed cheerios to the snapping turtles, box turtles, minnows and what appear to be some kind of cat fish. There is also a frog down there who comes to visit and he tends to eat the minnow fish when they get too close to shore. Yeah the frog actually gets this close to me xD he doesn't give a s*** I call him a little jerk sometimes.

I am kind of a foodie, for me to unwind I like to find the unique and trendy restaurants in town and splurge.

I also like to cook and bake at home. Particularly my cupcakes are everyone's favorite.

This is from my last trip to a Vegas buffet, it was at the Mirage. The entrees were pretty cheesy, but excellent dessert bar!

I like learn languages (learning Japanese and Korean) play RPGs, MMOs, watch anime, movies, read an unhealthy amount of manga and get lost in 238 tabs of tv-tropes when i go that site @_@

I play ukulele and piano, I sing, I translate stuff, I go hiking, I bake, I write stories, I take pictures, and I read. Sometimes I go to dance or karate classes, but it's been a while tbh. I think I might have too many hobbies, but i can't bear to give any of them up >.<

@ekocak I haven't done much reading specifically on Charlemagne (who I agree is an absolutely fascinating man), but The British History Podcast has been talking quite a bit about him lately. It just got finished describing the life of King Offa of Mercia, who had some confrontations with Charlemagne, so that might be something for you to try. That story starts around episode 149, though I recommend the whole podcast.

I'm a film student so I make and help make films! I'm primarily a director but the projects I'm working on now, I'm an assistant director to a claymation short and a screenwriter to a drama/comedy!

Besides that, I also enjoy reading a lot (I own a Kindle so sky's the limit!), have a pipe dream of participating in competitive Hearthstone, made a few covers of songs, and obsessed with Asian skincare.

@ekocak Waaah they're very cute! I used to do the same thing back in grade school, but with an array of insects, like grasshoppers, crickets, roaches, mantises, etc. Maybe even a dragon, that was balls of fun. I wish I could still keep them at the dorm. x)

Right now, besides drawing and comic-writing, I also dabble with VOCALOID editor and Fruity Loops Studio, in hopes that I can create my own songs/music. It's currently hell, but it's also balls of fun. |"D

Away from the laptop, I like to take walks, roam the city by myself, seeking culinary and visual delights on the wide, yet peaceful streets of Rostov-on-Don.~

Hehe, not specifically! I mainly create a random track out of boredom/to test my skill, and if it's good enough, I use it as BGM for my Trash Talk webcomic via SoundCloud feature. ^^
