Pretty much what everyone else said. You can regress if you stop practicing or trying. You might also have a day where your art isn't as great as other days. But if you keep learning and trying to improve, you should be ok.

My comic has a lot of horror imagery but hasn't gotten anywhere where I'd say it was super creepy yet? You can check it out and see for yourself: Comics On VHS I'm also a fan of Daniel which is pretty good.

Hey, Terraset! I'm Redthic!

Hey there! Check out Comics on VHS It's a horror adventure comic with a little humor every now and then. Usually updates every Friday! [image]

It's been awhile since I read Bleach but I'd say the early stuff was a huge influence on the comic I'm doing now. I really liked the series more when it was people in stylish clothing slaying monsters rather than fighting often less interesting people in period uniforms. But I might eventually read …

I guess I'll toss mine in. Comics on VHS is the story of two magic users battling monsters in the dark corners of Houston. It is pretty much in the vein of occultism, cosmic horror, and magick within the backdrop of a old midnight movie aesthetic. It is NSFW for gore (more in the future), language…

@GlenMiles Haha. Thanks! It's sort of inspired by late night tv movies and those last than perfect analog years. Sort of an aesthetic I wanted to use. Oh yeah, mainstream stuff is great but I'm also someone who likes a little more obscure stuff since it is often crazy interesting narratively and v…

Hey, Glen, I'm Nick. I've been posting my comic, Comics on VHS, here for about two months. What kind of stuff are you into? I'm pretty big into movies and anime myself, besides the obvious love of comics. I just checked out your comic and I love the art on it. Very dynamic and I love the space s…

Hey! I'll totally add you! Mine is @redthic

The Brookhorse is kinda neat. While I'm not fond of horses on their own, the idea of this horse tricking you into coming into the water is kinda creepy and hilarious at the same time. I seem to remember if you don't fall for its drowning act, it just sort of stares at you. I -love- Yulecat, which …

Awesome! Yeah, it's very interesting stuff. I sort of dabble in it but I don't think I know enough to say I practice it. Still very interesting stuff and I like to find people talking about it. Oh man, what are Finland's myths like?

Oh cool! I'm sorta into myth and magick too but more from a horror, weird occult angle than a fantasy one. What regions of myth do you like? I like some Japanese, Irish, and some Swedish myself. Hell, I just wrote a script for a radio play I'm involved with about Yulecat.

Congrats, man! It's an exciting moment to post for the first time! I look forward to checking it out! Good luck!

Hey there! I would also like to meet new people. Whats going on? I love the artwork on UL! What kind of stuff you into?

Seriously! I loved his Swagger. Also the Twilight Zone parodies were the best.

There's a lot of them. Grim Adventure of Billy and Mandy Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Venture Brothers. TMNT (original) Invader Zim Ducktales Darkwing Duck Tailspin Ren and Stimpy Dexter's Lab Powerpuff Girls Codename Kids Next Door. Jackie Chan Adventures Batman The Animated Series Animaniacs Tiny Too…

Seriously, thank you everyone!

Naming things can be hard. A lot of the ideas here are pretty great titles you can use I think. You could possibly go the route of naming it after an aspect of bone. Stuff like "Calcium" or "Marrow".

Why wouldn't I? I mean I asked for advice and everyone was being super helpful. Ah! That technique. I never knew it was called animation smearing. Hmm, I might try practicing that and see how it works.

Oh man, I went to bed hoping for a good idea or two and you guys showered me with several more than I expected. Thank you so much! Q_Q @abbastudios, @AnnaLandin, Yeah I think I'm going to try this first. I think I tried white on black before but the lines just came out wonky. I dunno why. I just…

Hey guys. So I'm working on a more action-y page for my comic and I've hit a wall. One thing I've been struggling with is showing motion in a way that works for my style. This is my latest attempt here. The problem is my girlfriend, who is helping me by being another set of eyes and tweaking t…

The dragon decides that he's had enough. He takes his TV back to Best Buy. He'll let the Geek Squad handle this mess!

change the channel. He could maybe catch his show on the west coast feed.

But the potato was gone! The Dragon's jerk roommate Stephen had eaten the baked potato during his weekly viewing of Downton Abbey.

Pretty good, dude! I like it!

Hey! If you get a moment, check mine out. It's Comics on VHS, it's a occult action adventure about monster slaying and magic. It has a kind of anime meets analog broadcast vibe.

Hey there, dude. I'd love to geek out over some Gravity Falls and Stephen Universe. I love those shows quite a bit. I'm also a fan of Star Vs. The Forces of Evil, Scooby Doo Mystery Inc, Regular Show, etc. Check some of those out if you haven't. You enjoy that last episode of GF before Disney to…

Besides the tablet I use to ink and color, I'd be no where without my 2mm Lead holder and a Faber Castell Dust Free Eraser. That eraser is magic and I tend to erase a lot.
