@studiomik Dutch is one of those languages that always makes me do a double-take when I hear it! So many words are similar to English and Swedish (probably because all three languages are germanic in origin) that I swear I can understand what's being said, but not quite!
For example, Swedish versions of some of the words you listed:
Good morning = god morgon
comics = seriestrippar*/serier
cartoon character - seriefigur
*) we differentiate between comics as a medium (serier) and the three-panel comics (seriestrippar/stripp-serier), etc. But yeah, we use the word "stripp" too.
Tintin is still called Tintin in Sweden, though. XD
