What body types do you have the easiest time drawing? Hardest?

Sure do! I do character profile images and artwork for most of the major characters when I have time, and have been adding them to my chapters. Here are the four roommates.

Art specific to the chapter, or as like a bonus thing at the ends of chapters? (say, a drawing of an argument at work, or an unrelated slumber party pick of the main friends)

Typically bonus artwork when I have time. Each one takes ages to do, so they're mostly character stills with one or two scenes thrown in for funzies. I'd love to do a drawing each chapter, but don't have nearly enough bandwidth to draw, write, and work my 9-to-5 without imploding.

well, due to practice and repetition it's become easier for me to draw Henry's hoursglass body type along with Larry's simple rectangle shape. though, I've been making Henry more buff recently.

Spring's body type in her "more" natural is similar to Henry's, although she's more round due to being a child and less athletic. on the oposite side we have autumn who's built like a tank (not shown here because Ilimited to the shapes), I'm getting used to most of her shapes, but it was so hard at the beggining to just memorise and draw her face.

Henry, Spring and Autumn are what I call in the comic, sentientvores.
Basically they eat sentient beings, like humans, goblins, orcs, elfs, etc.
there are other sentientvores like vampires or other kinds of demons.
Henry doesn't need it, but he made a blood vow with Autumn's sister (Spring's mother) making him her brother (family drama, explained in the next link), and so, he can and will eat people if needed or offered and he understand that's the circle of life in his world.
honestly, Larry (the human child) is basically surrounded by wolves at this point.

I am humbled and blessed to say that i have no challenges with drawing any body type.

I mostly kike drawing sexy curvy women, cause menz bodies sucks ass blech!

but if i had to chose, id say drawing kids or children. cause im not a pedofile shithead and i dont like to draw neked kids

Oh boy! Hands are just the worst!!

It seems no matter how other things improve, hands are just impossible.

I still don't find feet as difficult as hands, per say.

One thing can be slightly annoying is making your female characters especially the leads not to look the same. I do have an idea for another comic and also it's a female led story but don't want her to look like Lyza.

Sneak peak of the main:

I made her slightly pointier than Lyza to show her that she's different.

Arms can get tricky... sometimes, you accidentally make them too thin or too thick/too short or too long.

switching up facial features, hair lengths, cuts and textures, as well as complexions, body types, and face shapes are all things to help you make your characters look more different from each other, and there are almost endless combinations you can make with those

I'm still practicing drawing my tall thin queens, because the FL from my new novel is so outside of my drawing comfort zone, does anyone have any advice, tips or hacks?

Having trouble drawing Texas from "Sketchy Business" lol. I have to get used to her so I don't accidentally make her look like a kid sometimes like I did here.

I'm getting a little bit better at drawing rectangular-built girlies, finally, but the more muscular ones, haven't practiced a lot of thin ones yet

You know I still feel that with my art too. When I was kid people would always mistake my guy characters for girls Now I think I just sort of embrace I draw very femme people. I'm actually not sure if my guys read as men to other people but I sort of stopped caring as much I'll just draw what I'm good at, and that means making everything pretty

I genuinely can’t draw “sexy” women like sure the girls I draw are pretty, but not conventional “sexy” type.
Easiest? Probably children/skinny stick people because I don’t have to worry about curves/muscles much. Not exactly the most fun, but very easy.
