I'm dealing mostly with plot and world-building issues. The events of chapters one and two are fairly self-contained (even though they both relate in important ways to the overall plot), and are figured out pretty well, so I'm not in IMMEDIATE crisis mode....
But the story as a whole is coming from years of RP writing I did with my husband, just us writing our characters together. As such, because it was impromptu and informal, there's... ah... a lot of plot holes, incomplete scenes, glossed-over world-building, and things I'll need to adjust to fit and make sense and be good storytelling. Some parts are great and I'm looking forward to drawing them, some parts are hypothetical and we never actually WROTE them, and some parts are going to have to be completely re-thought, to say nothing of being re-written.
...Also there's at least one spot much MUCH later in the comic that will almost HAVE to be a double-page spread... and I have NO idea how to accomplish that on a site that already prefers a goddamn vertical scroll instead of classic page layout.
Oh well. I'll burn that bridge when I come to it.
