What do you guys do with your tapas profile wall?

I'm not too sure what to do with it besides using it to tell followers that an update happened. So I was wondering what you all use it for? or if you don't use it and opt to use a social media instead to connect with your readers?

I basically use it if my updating schedule will be different than normal or if I'm going to miss an update, if I get cool art, or spread some nice words.

You mean your profile wall? I actually think it's a bad idea to tell your followers about your updates. Your followers already get notifications about your updates. It's redundant. Plus, if you make an important announcement through that place, people who only use the app will never see it.

TBH it's not very useful right now, the way it is.

I always wondered how to access that page on the mobile app, to find out that it's nonexistent is kind of a bummer.

I currently use it sorta as a pseudo-twitter account for important news/info about my patreon/announcements about upcoming new series/occasionally I post bonus art there as well. That said I think I may use it a bit too often because I've noticed that occasionally I'll lose some subscribers after posting there.

At some point this year I'm gonna switch to using real twitter, and just use the profile wall to post announcements on schedule changes & new releases.

I usually use it for Updates (typically around New Year, haha), Illustrations, say thanks or to promote some Friends. As a Creator with a lot of series ("only" 5/7 of all my readers follow my main Series. Especially a lot of Novel readers don´t seem to be interested in comics or vice versa) It´s a very nice tool to address all of my Readers on Tapastic ^-^

I don't really use it. I used to post non-comic art on there and leave notifications off so people can check when they're bored.

It's interesting cause I see some people will go in and post on your wall specifically a "thank you for subscribing" photo.

I just used it for the first time a few hours ago. I'll be posting character art and posters that normally don't fit the story flow. Up until now, I mainly posted those on Instagram and Twitter.
