What do you think is the most unique/interesting thing about your writing?

I've heard people say I'm good with words. Don't know what it means, but thanks! I think what makes my story unique, is the fact that my MC and the author (AKA me) talk to each other. Pretty fun to do!

I don't think there's anything that's unique about my writing. Once I start writing the only thing that matters is the story and the author doesn't exist anymore. I'm not the focus. If my voice ever start being the focus I'll hang up my laptop and take up pottery.

I tend to get the most comments on my characters, dialogue, and worldbuilding. My prose isn't the most purple you'd ever find but that's also not what I'm generally going for either.

It seems that I'm good at creating characters. Or fleshing them on the page. Even when people don't like my story, they do enjoy my characters. So I think that's the best of my writing.

For me, it's a strong character voice, complex characters, intricate plot, mystery vibes, and lots of hilarious side characters.

What I lack and still work on? Descriptions, tenses, and stronger writer voice (still haven't found mine).

I will not point anything good, because thinking something is good without at least another person's opinion to talk on it is delusional of me. I did not get many comments on my writing so I just think it is painfully average and this will be a bit hard.

A person even said that I have no writing style. I do not care much, I am not doing any style.

• It is almost always third-person. I often forget what the narrator is supposed or not to know in the first-person.
• Very simple language and low reading level but structured really weirdly.
• I make my characters speak broken and unusual English on purpose for "realism and characterisation." In fact my English is inadequate and I do not want to be bothered with it. It is also so I can give a middle finger to anyone trying to correct it.
• For reasons above, some fantasy world-building elements are introduced out of sheer laziness. I try to make it work and it seems to be doing decently (nobody have said anything).
• Some people said it is highly visual and descriptive. I think my writing is cold, unemotional, and distanced.

My writing at first glance seems cheery, exciteable, and fast. Until you get a little further in, then it becomes sad, dark, and brooding. It fluctuates between all of those things.

I find it interesting, because I feel like it takes a lot of people by surprise. Especially because I get comments about character cuteness all the time, and I think...if they only knew the pain I have in store for these characters, they wouldn't say that XD

I feel like I have interesting ways to take plots and ideas and spin them in fun ways. When I've done presentations on writing I encourage aspiring writers to ask, what if? Its helpful to learn writing skills and techniques but when you have a background, for me its a background in history and education. I like to ask what if about history and that spurs conversations and creates a potential background, which I potentially would love to use for my current projects or in future stories I have outlined in my files.

My dialogue is what's always complemented that's good. How I can implement some comedy in serious situations. Dunno if that's true though lol. But my descriptions were really lackluster especially in when I first began. I think they've become better now though but idk how much

Well, my current story is really focused on character study, which is my favorite thing to work with. It's also, like, mostly storytelling and arguments, and I really like seeing what I can explore who each character is, who they used to be, and how the apocalypse changed them through the arguments and the way they tell the stories of their lives.

Mhm, well that is quite the interesting question actually. I feel like my writing comes from the heart, it is meant to get over the feelings no matter if it's dramatic, sad, exciting, intense or even funny. I spent a lot of my time writing what my heart and guts tells me but like built it up in a way that also makes readers understand the feels and what I am trying to say. So, to sum my writing style up I would describe it as being very emotional and from the heart with detailed description to make it more visual. That's what I would say is unique about my writing style. But my friend actually mentioned that he would rather say it's more my "style" to basically mix up secrets and mysteries in every chapter and have all of them be of such importance that your mind will be blown afterwards when you get to know why I hinted at such things. Basically, he both hates me and loves me for the intense mysterious plot I come up with every time.

I don't know in english, but when i write in my mother language, people usually tell me that i have a easy to read and fluent style, even when i'm writing about hardcore o complex situations.

Also I always try to keep descriptions at minimum, just enough to transport you to the situation. I try to focus on keep the story moving, avoiding 2-pages of telling how that 0-importance window frame is

I'm not particularly great at drawing (lord knows why im making a manga), but I'm decent at drawing faces. That in mind, I draw a lot of close up shots. Works out because I can really focus in on a character's reaction to something
