What do you think of the character?

The character in the picture is Rotoni Vasiliev and for some strange reason I liked her look here... well she is not the sweet shy girl as she appeared in the first chapters, she is the best example of a girl who was raised by her rational father because she is considered a bossy girl, but strangely she sees that her actions are good and do not harm anyone, and she actually did not harm anyone​Anyway, she's my favorite female character.

Design-wise, I think her hair melts into her outfit a bit, since you give them very similar textures. If you had a color or a shade to differentiate them it might work better!

I like her expression. She looks cunning, possibly manipulative, Agree the line details on the hair and shirt make them blend together. In color they probably look fine. B&W I'd consider changing the shirt texture.
