What does PV means in WEBTOONS stats?

You know that in order to be monetized on Webtoons, they started a program that let you put Ads on your webcomic. And one of the prerequisite to join the program is to have 40,000 PVs per month. Do you have an idea what this PV means?
Is it page views? What does Page means? Is it the whole Episode? Your newest Episode, or the entire series?
What do you think?

I ask this because according to my stat on Webtoons, I'm currently having about 17,000 PVs a month, and I'm uploading 4 episodes a month. 1 per week. So I decided to upload 8 episodes a month, twice a week.
Could I, theoretically double the number of my PVs?

It is page views! The number of times your comic is clicked through counts towards the page views (so if you have 5 chapters you post in a month and just 100 people click through all of them, you'll have 500 pageviews that month).

PVs do include any chapter that exists on your webtoon, even if it's posted before that month. If you only recently started posting 8 updates a month, it could take a while before PVs double, but that means there's more chances for new people to see your comic, so it could happen even quicker.
