Well, this is obvious, but Tsukasa, the male protagonist, is much more feminine than the average male protagonist. He can even act stereotypically feminine sometimes. He also puts on feminine clothing and wears a full face of makeup!

My male lead is still struggling to come to terms with the amount of his health that he's lost. He feels he has lost his youth and vitality, and is trying to figure out what to do now, and how to move forward, which i think is pretty different from a lot of male leads, especially in romances.
