I must say if the icon/title combo doesn't convince me, I don't even click it (I might mention that I only read comics here, and only a few at a time). The summary is only semi-important, if I spot themes/tropes/whatever that I definitely don't like reading, I'll opt out, but for me it's mainly art, characters, readability, and eventually the plot/storytelling skills, but the latter usually takes a few pages to get to.
I'm a very visual person and also want to learn from other, more experienced artists, so if the art is nicely done, that's the easiest way to get me at first. It doesn't need to be super complicated or prefectly executed, but the art should resonate with the comic and, eventually, with me.
If the panels are complicated to read, that will drive me away pretty soon as it's difficult to pay attention or just leaves me downright confused. Composition is key, I guess? The language should fit the comic, the characters, and not make it boring/awkward to read, that's what I'd notice the next.
The rest is more about a few pages or even chapters down, but yeah, that's my criteria up to reading more than just until page 4.
