@simplykit My family and I always have bad luck with making homemade pizza dough that doesn't turn out half-raw (even when we prebake it) so we ended up frying the dough first and then putting the toppings AND THEN putting it in the oven to bake. It was an offhanded suggestion I gave to my mom, but it turned out fantastic. Best homemade pizza crust I have ever had. Frying it wasn't the most healthy option, but it's been a while since we've had something fried, so we decided to treat ourselves. And that looks delicious. What's it called or what are the ingredients? I might want to try it

I made mashed potatoes and meatloaf this weekend; fam made their side dish of a zucchini & yellow squash bake- it was DELICIOUS...I ate the rest of the leftovers today for dinner.

@Phantomlight - wow! you make homemade pizza? awesome dude! what toppings did you have?

thats beef stew . with tomato , carrots, mushrooms, potatoes...
i didnt make it though. i bought it at a local food stall šŸ¤£
i dont have the skills to make complicated dishes like that.
hats off to you dude, you can cook. good job! :+1:

@Shanny8 - wow! you made meat loaaaaf! love it love it! awesome dude!

i ate...

lols. i was lazy šŸ¤£

Eating pancakes & scrambled eggs for breakfast. I would've had some chicken sausage, but I hadn't eaten the remaining pieces as soon as I needed to and now the sausage molded...but it's cool coz I probably needn't eat it since I'm planning on snagging some Chinese takeout this evening when I sit down to watch horror movies...

Ate some house fried rice earlier tonight; now snacking on popcorn & candy while watching horror movies.

Eating a blueberry muffin and sipping on some coffee with Hazelnut flavored cream.

Roasted seaweed

I should probably eat more like rice or something.

Had some baked/roasted potatoes and chicken for dinner- with corn on the cob.

Eating a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant sandwich and sipping on hazelnut flavored coffee again...

Well, chicken is healthier than red meat but it's fried so...it's extremely delicious! xD (but not the healthiest form)
