Yeah, dairy products can be a cause for some people. Doctors are never sure about stuff like that and
they all tell different things. I have been to a lot of dermatologists in my life, waited months
for the appointment and then they couldn´t tell me anything or help me.
I first stopped drinking milk and it got way better, I continued to eat cheese because I thought
it would work and because it´s really hard to replace cheese. I don´t eat any dairy now and the
skin problems pretty much disapeared.
Onions can be good for the skin but I also know some people who can´t eat onions.
