im supposed to be playing DMC4 but i got into an area where there was a bossfight after a bossfight and now i just have to grind for red orbs for a few hours
i can see how this game got mixed reviews when it game out tbqh, and its not cause Neros an edgelord

finally renewed my switch online membership so i can le play again. decided to treat myself to the season of abyss adventure pass coz dang it treat ya self and also i really did like some of the cosmetics (vindication!) honesty i always feel kinda guilty when i spend on candles or passes but like if no one else is gonna give it to me i'm gonna give it to me. paid of tho and now i've got some new looks to play with. just eagerly and impatiently waiting for days of bloom and the new season to come now (plus i hear owl hair is making a comeback so i'm hyped)

also playing splat again (a bit more sporadically tho for my temperaments sake) and i've found a new fave weapon in the mini splatling so now i've found a new way to be a lil chaos gremlin again (at least when i'm in the zone)

i seriously wanna get some new games tho and i'm really considering one of the pokemon titles or something i'm just waiting for another big sale or something to roll around since not too much on my wishlist is really appeaing to what i'm craving right now. tho i may consider putt putt saves the zoo coz it's been years since i've played that and i really miss the easter eggs and the music (for the innerchild and nostalgia y'know). but if i do go for pokemon titles i may just snatch up sword and shield since i did wanna see all the galar reigon stuff (i'd get sun and moon but i aint got the consoles which sucks coz and cant see guzma ) luckily tho there's a handful of characters and things i wanted to see in sw/sh so like if i really do get it i think i'l like it esp since i havent played a pokemon game in a while so i like the idea of new stuff

Remodeled my office/den this weekend; started out wanting to have brighter walls, but ended up settling on this design...gonna add an accent wall on the wall with the award plaques- the whole cityscape scheme on that wall makes it look weird- at least the accent wall will "un-weird" it. Just gotta find the right wallpaper to act as the accent.

Next up will be the basement...going away from my whole "galaxy basement" thing, but I'm gonna take my time before I do change it out- also waiting to get the robo flooring.

Also about to get a orchid mantis model made this week.

I did the accent wall & got the orchid mantis model on ACNH...I just gotta post the pics.

Fam got ahold of the robo flooring for me, so I started working on the basement this weekend; still not done coz I gotta get the sleeping pod and the giant robot arm...ordered the [liquid] tank and I have the science tube. So far the room is coming along- ordered the glowy neon light rods so it can make the room pop a little more...also gonna play with the lighting for the room. Of all the items I kept over from the galaxy theme, I just kept the KK Rock album/frame on the wall, my DIY table(though I changed it to gray), and my DJ table.

Debating on using the siren light- would be cool if I could have it with no sound, and I could customize it to blue instead of red(oh ho! Found out I can customize it to blue). Gonna add some more wall items, but gotta make sure they are in sync/flow with the ambiance of the rest of the room- except the lillies I put in there; I needed something that pops and stands out.

Finished elden ring just in time to be a useless waddle-dee in Kirby: Forgotten Lands for my girlfriend. Soulsborne games are my bread and butter, but give me a platformer and I curl up and cry.

Also recently played inscryption and loved it so much I'm bringing it into the Call of Cthulhu games I run. Made cards for all my players and they loved them.

I just started playing Fallout: New Vegas for...10th or 15th time, I don't know already, as always with a lot of mods, mostly guns + new quests and adventures.

Before I've played Fallout 1 and 2 + stand-alone global mods for them like Resurrection and Nevada (didn't finished it btw, tried for 3rd time and never finished), should try Sonora too, sometime later.

stayed uo till 3am for days of bloom on monday and been farming candles for the purple cape (i forget which flower) and hopin to use a lil muns for the tea table (also probably gonna try and find a way to get some heart exchanges or something going so i can get the cherry blossom hair but if not it's cool esp since i actually bothered to buy the season of abyss pass. also SUPER hyped for season of performance (there's like no way i'm not getting a pass for that) and the preview/teaser tgc shared??? hhh caint wait! also really like the idea of shared memories i think it'll (hopefully) lead to some cute moments being shared. it's also less about playing but still game related but i'm so so SO excited about the sky animation that tgc is working on too!! and ironically when i looked at the video talking about it on their chanell i realized the animation has the same characters from the switch launch trailer so it's like mega interesting (looking forward to lore more than anything )

still messing around with splatoon and i'm definitely mega hooked on the mini splatling (even if i get humbled by it often) but when i'm in a good flow it's sooo fun. just trying to get myself back into ranked. i don't rly wanna touch splat zones coz i refuse to lose my S rank status but i just might peek into rainmaker or tower control (i was definitely pretty beast in rainmaker at least when i was active )

havent really done to much with acnh but i did wanna show off this little area i put together on the second level

there's still other stuff i wanna work out but it's just getting into that mood to play but i'm still happy with the small stuff i've managed to throw together here n there

went into sky last night and hit a crazy visual glitch while i was checking in on days of bloom in forest

got super spooked but it was also really pretty 🤣 now im waiting for the sky corruption ark. also got mad when i noticed the new TS in home and now I'm m like??? do i CR for the scarf or leave it be also kinda thinking about going thru eden for more ascended candles since im out but im considering waiting till the next update since by then they'll have fixed that one winged light thats stuck behind a wall in graveyard (its so annoying to get to i hate it ) also figure itd be better to wait since by then i can finally hit 150 stars for cape been craving the moment for ages now

Ayo, you got that lighting bug too??? Seems to affect a lot of textures from stones and trees to even candles, emotes, and dust clouds from Sky kids running around.. I wonder if it's a Switch-only thing The last forest area looks especially cool with the neon looking trees. I went back Home and it still had the bug going on too, makes me wish I went through all the locations

the way it makes stuff look is really cool through like its been corrupted or something curious if itd lead to anything in the story or lore
