What happens when you get 100 subscribers for a novel or comic?

I'm close to getting my first novel to 100 subscribers, I have 84 and I was wondering what will happen once I reach 100. I know you can monetise but how does that work? Is it only for that one piece of work with the 100 subscribers or can you monetise all your work? Or do you have to get 100 subscribers for each piece of work to monetise them? you can only monetize the comic that's reached 100 subs and it's barely anything, like a few cents at most
