You never addressed the comments you made that were contradictory to what you're saying now. I am just confused as to what your position even was. I don't actually have a stake one way or another. I'll be staying no matter what, because I have better things to complain about than whether my webcomic happens to be on the same site as an Undertale spin-off.

Luckily for you, it seems like Tapas has a great handle on things and will not be doing something absurd like creating a fanworks genre. Guess you don't have to leave after all! I'm sure Tapas would miss your contribution and the revenue you generate.

This is because fanwork is so hairy was far as what is technically illegal versus what is pursued.

And the counterpoint DarJodo, is much like the purge of "mature" material recently...Tapas has no legal obligation to host content that isn't following their sites rules or Apple apps rules. Despite our "legal" friend's claim that copyright/trademark law is too hairy/complicated for mere mortals to understand... It would breach no free speech laws to bar these fanworks from the site.
