My style can be defined as anime even when if not trying to draw anime lol.
My anime style was influenced by the art style in the first 5 seasons of the Pretty Cure franchise. It was my favourite series at the time so I copied their style and it ended up evolving into its own thing.

Playing sonic for my first time on sega genesis around 6 year old i guess, it kickstarted the need to begin to draw my character inspired from sonic and tails, it was a black and white version with tiger stripes... then it was dragon ball, re drawing and scaling entire tomes to A4 format, did the same for battle angel alita and it kept being my favorite manga for a while, i was also loving ninja turtles and Batman and redrawn some comics too. I also allways loved the history of ancient europe and period of pre christianity fascinates me, these nords , celts and vikings that sometimes had their very own spiritual philosophies and beliefs were very diverse from a clan to another, there was even dark celtic spirits and gods depending on the region where these people lived or migrated to and there is still a lot of folklore and mysteries still undiscovered from these times.

Got interested into Kentaro Miura's work around the 2000's, playing a good lot of video games and having too much time on my hands with my "condition" kind of help diving into completely different universes, games like diablo (the first one is still the best to me) sacred, baldur's gate... eldes scrolls morrowind... yeah... that's a lot of things, or library little things of knowledge here and there i kind of think about sometimes when i create something.

well, i was inspired from anime and American shows, but i learned to draw better from Tetsuya Nomura, (the artist of FF7, FF10/10-2 Kingdom Hearts) i always love his eye for detail and unique outfit designs, it made me want to be like him.
i studied his artwork from my FF10-2 strategy guide book, (there a page where there is concept sketch of Yuna, Rikku and Paine. i would study that book for years, also print out any drawings of other characters.)
i really admired his since of realism with the character designs like FF10 character portraits!

My style's influenced by various mangas, but also some other webcomics I read such as Dangerously Chloe (Slightly).

uhhhh haha my style is a mess but I suppose manga has been a big influence. I've just read so many at this point. Depending on the work I'll make different stylistic choices, but generally strive for semi-realism. But yeah, might be too early to say since still trying to "git gud" and absorb everything possible.

this was once my style in totality. It was an entire story on one image.
I was influenced heavily from Marvel, Image and Dark horse. I learned to do characters from stan lee's book. I just tried different things for a long time.

which it eventually turned into this.
idk, it just grows as you age I suppose.

Not really a special snowflake, gotta admit it was anime/manga. Specifically, the mid '00s shōnen style, not watching anime for a while now. I've developed a knack for cutting corners due to me being a lazy ass, so it's also heavily influenced by.. laziness.

Let's see... I definitely have a large helping of anime/manga influence, particularly from shonen series. Naruto, for example, was super popular and on TV around the time I started drawing seriously, although none of my drawings have ever represented that particular artist's style too much.

Tetsuya Nomura, and especially the heavy black shadows and jagged clothes folds from the work he did for "The World Ends With You" is something I've toyed with and incorporated in my work a lot over the years. Used to draw my OCs in that style back in the day and some of it just kinda stuck.

And of course, several western influences have had a big helping of influence as well. Disney is ever present, I used to read the Sonic comics a lot growing up, etc.

Good ol' cartoons of the 1940s to the1960s to the early 2000s. That's what influenced my work. As well as some help the the Magical Kingdom of Disney for extra measure.
