I don't know if it is the funniest, but Crazy Perfect is certainly adorable and got me chuckling multiple times.
It's still very new, but I've been enjoying the overall humor of Because It's Me by Junedabest.

This is the comic I look forward to the most in terms of humor / silliness. Oddly enough, there's also a slightly creepy or weird undertone to it, which I enjoy.

A recent funny one that got me chuckling is This is a Terrible Comic. Also this one's pretty is hilarious.
I don't really read a whole lot of comedy comics, I have a pretty dark sense of humor so I read My Pet Succubus. The last episode posted made me crack up a bit xD

It's only got 3 episodes so far as it's still fairly new, but Bacon Strips has me chuckling every time I see it.
Peppermint Helmet is one I discovered solely through Tapastic that always makes me laugh.

A Forever Quest is pretty funny to me, check it out.
Fail by Error is one I always find myself clicking back to, specifically Viva la Crocs. But other series I recently got into like Uzuki and Looky Squares are pretty awesome too
