Chatterbox - a talkative gossipy person

Chicken Hearted - cowardly

Duke of limbs - a tall awkwardly lanky person

Dunderhead - you blockhead!

Ginger Snap - a hot headed person

Flopdoodle (that one is my favorite) - a showy person with no brain or common sense

Chucklehead - stupid

Milksop - a not manly man (I guess)

Nincompoop - idiot

Spoony - nonsensical fellow

Stingbum - a stingy or unkind person

The Victorians had plenty of alternative insults lol

I've heard someone use "turnip" as an insult and I quite like it. There's a lot of harsh consonants in the word that almost makes it sound like a real insult - as in "Not like that, you absolute turnip!"

Personally I find insults targeting your morality to hit the hardest. Disgusting, sick, monster, scum, [any word that accuses you of doing something you didn't do; e.g. based on stereotypes]
