Dateh!

He's a sweetheart, and he's big and soft and worried all the time, and looks after other people because he thinks they can't look after themselves.

He's the mom-friend of the Grassblades-cast. <3

All the small assistant creatures, but the only one introduced so far would be wasp

They're sort of reoccurring background characters more than side characters but probably the guy dubbed Meat Man, who's been the subject of a lot of inside jokes since he appeared in the original version of my comic, 8ish years ago:

The second guy's name isn't ever said but is named Alex. He's actually my friend's character who was just a cameo, but there was such a good response from people who liked him, I'm going to make him a reoccurring background character who shows up whenever some disaster is about to go down, because he's an unlucky shit:

His language is what kills me, I love it.

(and also, he's so much fun to draw as well, he wasn't even supposed to have a big role in this comic at all xD But I thought he was a nice contrast to Beive xD)

(bonus)

it's definitely this guy that I talk about way too much proportionate to his actual screentime in the comic so far:

Esra is the second-in-command of the Agorath cult (who.... might? be bad guys???). He is anxious, precise, desperate for neatness & order, constantly exasperated by his absent-minded boss, strangely loyal, and actually quite good at his job.
The leader of the cult kind of tends to decide what things need to happen and leave it to Esra to sort out the details, which is occasionally frustrating depending on exactly how, uh, possible those things are.

I didn't expect to care about him so much but SOMEHOW HE BECAME ONE OF MY FAVOURITES......

Well I have a few from Welcome Back but Tantibus I guess is my favorite on an account he's a pathetic villain. He became king and all he wanted to do was have an epic rave party. His actions ended up putting people in comas, incited a race riot, doomed his culture to exile and imprisonment and ultimately made people believe he and his kingdom were pure evil. Guy can't catch a break.

My Go Figure Main character. Why cause he is not perfectly drawn but he is trying to make something any way. He starts close minded and grow open minded and more confident.

My favourite side character in "Friends or Lovers?" is Pote, because he's super funny to write. He's basically a guy (who's actually really nice) who tries WAY too hard to woo a girl he finds to be super hot. Cue terrible pick-up lines and compliments.

i think my fav sideys from my comic are Graeme cuz i really like drawing her. her hair color changes every chapter and shes got cool steampunk stuff. also shes pretty

and Blythe cuz i like his personality

also i like what both the characters do to the story. theyre the people who bring drama to the main characters when theyre not fightin robots or whatever. and highschool drama is hecka fun to write

My favorite side character in my comic The Archer and the Squirrel is "The Crow". Even though this character is an animal, and has no lines, he is still a lot of fun to draw and write about. The crow is a mischief maker, and his actions trigger key events in the plot line.

Isilmo, the baby fire dragon from my comic, Aether Eternius. Destructive, fluffy, screamy, all around a raging ball of fluff and fire.

Funny that this should come up now, because I JUST introduced my favorite side character in the comic strip. It's for Mallory Bash, and the character is Ava Baker. She's a mysterious girl that lives in Brookwood Forest, and she's tremendously strange. She talks a lot, and quite fast. She's a spaz, but she's a crackerjack survivalist.

Not much is known about her right now, but as it's revealed, you'll see that she has an incredibly rich and emotionally challenging backstory.
