samayuzame is good for chill music! Her voice is pretty, and she only uses utaus.

On occasion I listen to seeeecun (I love Doctrine Doctrine, a collab between him and Miyashita Yuu)

there's also slave vvr, who's a catchy jazz(?) composer.

Nulut's good too.
