Tsukasa is a fashionista, so he loves to wear a lot of different things, but the type of outfits he adores the most are the ones with a girly aesthetic. So anything frilly, fancy, and pink.

Also you're close. My character is wearing 40s pageant girl fashion. She's inspired by 40s beauty queens, Marilyn Monroe and some old cartoon characters like Betty Rubble, and Hello Nurse (though she's only retro, not vintage)
