Syll (vaquera) - Any paid manual labor/ not involving reading skills as she's seriously broke and still can't read
Magda (bounty hunter) - She's already having her dream job, but if the bounty is on a guy that will bring her fame, she'll do it for free, she craves the spotlight
Charlie (hitman) - easy, a contract on his father
Baltus - Gardener!
Mattèo (charlatan) - A spot on a research party going to study magic in the Badlands

I think Butch will want to try to be a boxer if she has a chance (because she wanted to know how a real fighter fight and she also want a fight without worrying hurting anyone) but she's happy with her job now.

This is interesting.

Funny enough, if someone offered to take Eli on as a detective's assistant, he would absolutely say yes. He loves the genre and has always wanted to act out the stories he reads.

Which is surprising, since he's living a mystery story and is hating every second of it but there are other reasons for that.
