I'm a fan of Marvel movies, but I don't think I am, and this week I started watching all the movies, from Iron Man, Spider-Man to far from home.These are my favorite movies that I can watch without getting bored. Sooo finished Tomm Moore's films as I had been putting them off (something about the flat visual style..yeah I know its deliberate)
Did it in reverse order (probably was a bad idea)

Secret of Kells
Nice film. Clearly limited budget.

Song of the Sea
Was expecting a great film. Ehhh it was okayyyy didn't blow me away. Hard to emote to those flat black eyes. Very pretty in places. Beautiful soundtrack saves it.

Wolfwalkers
The best one imo. Has some really beautiful moments. Certainly more accessible. The looser style allowed the characters convey a wider range of emotions. Hope they continue with this balance.

And watched my favourite Ghibli film for the hundredth time. Perfection.

With the move and everything, I haven't watched anything in a hot minute, but we saw "His Home" on netflix. We expected a B rated movie and it turned out to be a good horror, IMO
