Nimona.
Such a rollercoaster of a movie. At one point I was cringing because of this out-of-the-blue dance break, but suddenly I was crying. IMO, Nimona is the best movie I've seen in a while.

Crazy thing is I'm still noticing new things in it. I noticed something in this dining scene...

Hicks is the only Marine who isn't laughing and looks visibly uncomfortable. Seeing as he ended up having a relationship with Ripley based on mutual respect, this little moment says so much about his character.

I just saw that, haf no idea I was watching John Boyega the entire film until I looked up the credits. He's really good in it.

Enjoyed Transformers: Rise of the Beasts- even more so than the movies with Mark Wahlberg in them. I think the blueprint for Transformers success is to keep Michael Bay out of the director's chair...

Gonna watch Extraction 2 tomorrow.

Watched Interstellar with my partner last night. One of my favourite Nolan movies, it’s a lot more explicitly emotional than most of his movies and I think he does a fantastic job making the audience feel those emotions. The cast certainly didn’t hurt either. Many tears were shed.
