Hello! I decided to finally upload my own first series on this site and I'm curious what new series everyone else is working on?

My story is called Project Emo and follows the life of depressed teenager Toby. The story is about him growing and meeting new people and slowly learning that the world isn't as terrible as its made out to be. I wasn't sure if the content could be considered Mature, but I do plan on it going in depth on some touchy subjects so I chose to label it mature for now, and I'll see where the story takes me.

Share with me what new series you are working on, and what its about! I'm always looking for new things to read and support =D

This sounds like an interesting story!
I'm also working on a brand new series that I've been developing for years. The story is about a girl and her brothers as they go throw the trials of growing up while coming to terms of the flaws of their family.

I made a series

OOOO both of these stories look interesting! I'll check them out =D

also, I realized I forgot to link to mine lol -___-

Haven't started posting it yet, but I'm working on a prequel for my first novel. It will follow Princess Lucia, who the main character of Ice Princess is the reincarnation of. It will be about how she became 'The Ice Princess'.

Tomboy Harem. A reboot of an old series I made on Smackjeeves, but now for scrolling format in full colour.

It's a story of the daily lives of 4 handsome boys. Wait, no, one's a handsome girl! Even more, the 3 guys like her, but she's oblivious!!

This is the old character designs on the teeny Smackjeeves banner size:

my comic. about magic and school stuff:

I might have read this when it was on smackjeeves! I used to read a lot of things on that site, and this sounds very familiar. Have you started posting it here yet, or are you still working on rebooting it?

I just started posting my new series today!

The first short story involves zombies and exciting action scenes.

I am still working on Lady Death

These all sound so interesting I can't wait to read them all =D Thank you everyone for sharing your stories with me and everyone else in the thread ^.^

I just migrated here from Smack Jeeves, because they recently redesigned their site and it is nigh unusable at this point. So my comic has been going for a couple months, but I'm brand new to Tapas and still sort of figuring everything out and how it all works.

My comic is Hollow, a modern fantasy series about a guy who used to be an anime-style magical hero when he was younger. But now he's a bit older, and the magic is gone, his battle companions have left, and his magical animal guide vanished. Now he's just trying to live a normal life in a world without magic in it anymore.

If anyone has any tips or suggestions for using Tapas in particular, I'm all ears!

I'm still figuring things out too, so I don't have much advice I can give. From what I've seen, most of the advice people have been giving is to post often and on a schedule, and interact with your viewers when they comment and support you.
Your comic sounds really interesting! Have you started posting yet? If so, can you provide a link so I can find it easier?

Absolutely! I've already got the "update consistently" part down, I have all of Chapter One finished and set to auto-update every Monday and Wednesday until it's finished. And I love responding to comments and interacting with readers when I get them  I'll definitely make sure to keep up with that sort of thing.

Link to the comic!1 I've got the first 27 or so pages up already, since that's what I'd already posted on Smack Jeeves before I switched to Tapas.

I've noticed a lot of people have their comics linked in this fancy forum way, like this...

That's what I really want to figure out how to do right now! It looks so nice!

Oh thats actually pretty easy! To do that, I went to my own novel's page, copied the web address and pasted it into my reply here and it creates the fancy clickable button thing.

You just have to post the link? That's so easy! I assumed it was some kind of complicated code or something

I'm working on The Black Lotus.
