What time do you publish your comic?

I'm wondering if there are specific times/days that are best for posting a comic. Is there a time of day when internet traffic is high that would also be a good time to upload? Or is it better to upload when traffic is low to avoid being buried by a hundred other comics? Also are there certain days during the week that are better to upload than others? Right now I'm setting a goal to complete one strip per week (for now) And I'm thinking of uploading every Sunday. What does your uploading schedule look like?

I'm currently doing Sundays but I've only been on tapas for a few weeks so my findings are not conclusive! Basically the first couple weeks I posted Sundays around 8 est (when I usually post on my website). I found I didn't get many views/subs. The next couple weeks I posted earlier in the day, maybe 2 pm est, and got quite a few more! But I'm still not sure if it's growth of my comic that's making me get more views or time of day. Time will tell!

theres actually lots of opinions on this.

people tend to avoid weekends, because theyre slower, but others take advantage of being one of the only comics in the fresh feed.

i find 10am-12pm pst works pretty well, and i post on wednesdays. im not sure why, except that thats when print comics tend to come out, so maybe it gets people in the comics mood - but thats speculation.

To get better views, follow PST time and post early around 9AM-12NN on Weekends or late around 5PM-8PM on Weekdays. This is, of course, taking into account the "Fresh Page" which very few people look through in my own personal research. Newer comics could benefit from this, however, overtime, it'll be best to promote on the forums more than relying on time

I personally post Jim's Days around Fridays at 10AM PST personally.

Some solid strategy info here. I post The Beard on Mondays around 8-10am and I'd say my viewership is on the lower side, so perhaps I should try shaking up the time of day. I like having something to look forward to at the beginning of a work week though. But maybe people aren't quite eager enough to slack off at work so early in the week.

I post my comic on Thursdays at 8AM. I useed to post my stuff around 2AM, but I was told that 8AM was a good time to post a comic here, even though I didn't really see any different in the amount of viewers.

For me I just publish my comics whenever they are done. Not make my fans wait.

I try and pull twice a week on Wen and Fri around 5:00 pm EST.

Usually i publish comic around lunch time , normally people will focus more on their phone during that time.( 1-3pm)

I post on Mondays around 22.00 GMT+2. It may not be the most popular time around the world but it's when I can reliably post every week. However I've noticed that it does get some views, so it works well enough for me.

I post three times a week at 12am PST (8:00am GMT for people in the UK)

I posted my comic on Mondays/Fridays at 3:30pm. Mondays because people are likely to get distracted on the internet because the weekend is over, and Fridays because people are done with work and the weekend is coming up and so they can take some time to binge on their comics :v

I chose 3:30pm because that's a time that I'm usually able to read comments/do promotion stuff/have posting anxiety and not get into too much trouble.

One benefit of a 2 page a week schedule is that you can sort-of simulate page-turns, which in print are great because you can use them as scene transitions and you can hide surprises. I would treat the longer gap between updates as that page turn as a way to help build suspense, doesn't do anything now that the comic is done but whatever, that's why I'm putting out a PDF and a Zine.
