What TV Shows Would You Compare Your Comic To?

Let's talk about TV shows and promote our comics! My comic, The Cloud Girls, is perfect for cartoon fans! It's a goofy, zany adventure filled with girl power, aliens, vampires, and magical flying bunnies! People often compare it to The Owl House, Invader Zim, and Adventure Time! Even though I started working on this story before The Owl House and Amphibia existed, I agree with the comparisons. A huge inspiration for me was also My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. It's my emotional support show, and I've been a fan since 2011.

I don’t think they compare it to ANYTHING, really. The closest I’ve got is people asking if Frosty the Snowman will appear or someone on Facebook quoting… that film.

They have an anime series but it's not worth watching. The do have live action and I thought it would be bad but WOW, it's amazing. There are 4 movies in total and they're still planning on building more:

Just shonen anime like Naruto, Bleach, etc. I guess... (Accounts for 30% of my comic... I don't know any tv shows that have blackpilled themes)

for battle scene like this, I say 5-8 hours because of the amount of details need to be added and not that hard to draw that scene consider both armies are wearing the same armor and weapons.

This is such a fun question!
I’m parodying Vampire Diaries but I’d say my book has more of a Gravity Falls, Parks and Rec vibe!
It was recently compared to Wizards of Waverly Place and Owl House(which I have yet to see lol)

I've gotten several comments comparing mine to South Park. Both do involve minors doing pretty offensive and dark acts, and some occasional social commentary. Visually I'd compare mine to a mix of The Simpsons with an early 00's Nick cartoon.

Mix between “Business Proposal” for the forced relationship and spicy chaotic humor and “You Drive Me Crazy” for the slow burn here. I think there would def be a bunch of korean dramas that fit the profile too, it's just a lot of romcom fun with deep, complex characters.

I hope the narrative style of my work can be like "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" - calm and serene.
The portrayal of emotions won't be overly dramatic, but rather like a gentle stream, full of subtle charm and depth.

As for the art style, I referenced the style of Mr. Chen Uen, my favorite ink wash comic artist.

I kinda feel like these would be good comparisons.
An anxiety ridden character trying to protect their home from horrifying entities and a lot of gore, blood and creepy ass critters to go along with it.
Also both of these shows are horror comedies like Knife Teeth is.
