What would you say is the best length for a novel every chapter?

I get the feeling that my chapters are too long at times, and wonder what exactly is considered the norm of length on tapas in specific, since it seems to change from site to site?

I think around 1500 is good. That's the average for my stories and I think it works well. 1500 is what was suggested for their novel competition so it's probably a good standard to go by

There is no thing as the best length. It all depends on what pace you work with the best, if you aren't good at the more descriptive side of novel writing then you could do a faster pacing with less descriptive paragraphs or if you love the descriptive side of things and love building up your story slowly then make them as long as you need.

My point is it's all up to you, find the pacing that you like.

yeah find the amount that works for you, for me personally, I like to upload 3 - 5 pages of my document so around 3,000 words,

Well, it all really depends on what is needed, under the right circumstances, you could have a very good chapter that is one word long.

I actually hope to have the chance of rise where I have a chapter in my comic be only one panel long, and then the next one starts on the same page
