Andrew would most likely panic first, maybe try and burn away the door to escape but as he escapes the house burns down, much to dismay of the neighbouring people 
Cate would use her broom and just fly out of a chimney or shatter/open a window. Or dispell the curses the house contains if she can. 
Luna would panic, try to open the doors and ultimately accept her fate or continue and try breaking out. 
Ivan would shapeshift into his wyvern form and destroy something to escape. 
Cress would conjur up some vines from outside the house to open up the door, with force if needed. 
Enzios would try and get out using the chimney and his lightning flexibility 
Sphynx would crawl out a window maybe. Not before scratching some curtains or sofas first. 
Akros would level the entire house with his earth manipulation if he needs to.
