What's that one core issue/s of your work?

As my work, is coming to an end

BOOK 1
I was giving a thought what happened in my book and have I resolved it??? Turns out I am the most evil character of my own work. Anyways, I was thinking about that one major issue of my novel, i.e., The split (Literally a barrier that splits the planet in half, restricting one side to access the other) and the other major issue - Headhunter (Man tearing monsters.)
As of the current status both of these issues are unresolved.

So I would like to know - What is that one core issue/s in your story and have you resolved it or not????

I think the main problem is that I always have too many ideas for stories which I try to put into Nixvir and not everything gets used at once.

Just put it in your work if you think the idea is good for hooking the reader.... You can and will figure out where to connect that idea as you progress... I do this all the time....

So many concepts and theories, it's sometimes hard to remember how and why i even thought of them, which sometimes also makes it hard to write the plot while keeping them consistent and not info-dumby.

@Daff @Aeneas1 I don't know if it'll work but wheneve I get an Idea I write it on an app called Notion, I describe what my Idea is at fullest and where and how I am willing to use that idea in the story..... Therefore i don't need to remember my concepts and all my ideas are stored at fullest. Now when I get stuck in a situation, I get back to those ideas and check what plot points (concepts) are fitting accurately as per what my story requires on that time....

@ambermdo You can start with a linear story and when you feel a need switch it in non linear by using timp stamps

Probably pacing too slowly. fortunately my editor has helped me fix that

Having someone to back you up is really helpful; editing, checking on pacing, plot holes, etc are so difficult to do.... I wish I had someone, but I guess got no luck in that department.
