What's the best Art Tablet to get for Cheap?

Lol, I got this for 70€ , and literally, now it costs less than 60€ where I live.
Not long ago I bought a brand new Cintiq 13HD Touch for 500€ (530 Dollars), but searching in Amazon.ca ...SURPRISE, in North America it seems that a "cheap" Wacom Intuos costs 170 200 $, and a Cintiq 13HD (without the touch option) costs over 1000 $.

I have a Wacom and a Genius G Pen.
the only difference I can see between them is the Genius needs a battery and the Wacom does not.
I have ordered a Hurion tablet that is larger. It has a rechargeable battery. It is also a lot larger.
As for prices, the Wacom was a bit over $100, The Genius I purchased long ago and it was vey cheap. Like $50.
The Hurion, which is larger is about $75.
Really, just about any of the tablets seem to be okay.
The only thing I have found is that if you want one that you can paint where your pen is, you will be paying a lot more money.

I have the Intuos Pen & Touch medium- shown in the pic by @lorenatzilla(about $200). I bought it last year, didnt really use it until in the summer(of 2015) after I got Clip Studio. It works for me...I'm not gonna tell you that you should "get this, get that specifically"; just get something that is affordable for you and allows you to learn and grow on it.

i dont think its fair at all to say that wacom is the only tablet to get if youre serious about art, that kinda elitism is what got apple so effed up

That really wasn't what I was saying? I was saying a more expensive tablet is worth it if you're serious about art, and that I would recommend Intuos as a good blend of price and quality. That doesn't mean I think its the only option for serious artists!

I'm sorry if I was unclear, but I don't think I was being elitist.

Yeah, it was just a weird experience. I'm glad yours has been better! And I'm sure they're great most of the time. I've heard good things about the monoprice tablet, which was why I tried to buy it. XD

Ive gotten 2 Huion tablets and I cant imagine wacom being any better. They havent broken down or given me driver problems and specs wise they were the same as Wacom at like half the price. My 610 (10" by 6") was 80 bucks. Its a chinese company, hence its cheaper, but people can be skeptical. I havent had any problems though.
