What's the best way to market a comic that isn't on tapas yet?

I have an in-progress comic, the script is over halfway finished and I have thumbs but no pages yet so nothing but concept art to show.
I don't want to repeat the same mistakes I did with GOM where I did NO marketing at all and just posted it without hyping it up,
so what ideas would you recommend to hype something up if it isn't even online yet to get people excited?

Making character sheets then share it in your socials and communities.
Make memes, vines, participate in challenges, DTIYS, trends with your characters
Share concept art, share some assets like designs of accessories or backgrounds
Share the making process of the comic, be it pages, design of a character, a panel, etc. Can be either via reel, speedpaint, irl time video, streaming, etc.
Engage with other creators and get your characters to engage with theirs, roleplay them a bit, and such.

my current strategy has been sharing one off character illustrations on social media and access to wips and behind the scenes stuff like script snippets or thumbnails via ko-fi memberships (and then public access for some stuff after time has passed)
