I always like when people get into the comic, talking to the characters or keeping up with story stuff. Although, while I have a really hard time handing these comments (praise makes me a bit uncomfortable, especially super enthusiastic, gushy stuff), I'd have to say these two are pretty nice.
When my very first subscriber told me my descriptive writing was good, I was like THANK YOU!!!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HARD IT WAS!!!!
But seriously it felt like i had just accomplished something huge! Like eating a entire 2 feet tall ice-cream sundae solo and without facing the repercussions of getting fat, because my metabolism just happened to behave itself that day.
in otherwords, it was epic y'all.
Yes, I've gotten at least a dozen or so like that one, and they really do lift you up for the whole day. I'm like you, I make my comic in my spare time, so you know how much you have to sacrifice to make it, and to hear people say such nice things about your work, well, for me, comments like that are one of the biggest reasons I keep going.

I like reaction comments because they show I did something right. On that point, this one I adore and think it's nice.
After a conference I presented at my former university I was approached by a student that just wanted a hug. that night she wrote commented on my blog how she had been following my work for years and I inspired her to stay in school and follow her dreams. And she was proud of seeing me in front of the crowd. Still makes me cry in a good way. <3

Easily, Phen's comments are what make me want to get up and actually work on my comic. It's a great feeling when one of your inspirations compliments your work... They're like the motivational voice in my head that goes "you can do it!!" I always grin ear to ear when I read them!

I receive a lot of positive comment though of course I got lots of bad comments like about my grammar and art when I start to make webcomic But this one makes me motivate that I need to work because there is someone like him who needs to lift their spirit up.
