What's the point in the dislike function?

All it does is make a little red arrow that only you can see. What's the point? They might as well make it like Facebook where the only option is to Like. WHY>@$^%@(%

Everybody doesn't like everything. This way they can express it without leaving rude comments.

You mean the dislike button in the comments? I think it's there to remove your like. If you wrongly clicked on like although you don't like the message, you can basically unlike it.

LOL. I didn't know there was a dislike button. Call me crazy but it seems a little more messed up that someone would actually take the time instead of not responding or moving on to another comic, to actually click a button that tells you they didn''t like your work.

Better a dislike button than a long drawn out comment telling you that your art is shit, you're shit, and you'll never be nothing more than shit...

.... Not that that's happened to me or anything... :/

Which dislike button? I don't have one on my comics. Only the comments have it. I think it's to remove your like, like annimatic said. I've never seen any comments with negative votes.

I don't know, it just seems like even if they're being an ass, if someone took the time to me how much my comic sucks and why that's better than seeing how dismissive hitting a dislike button and leaving is. And then it's just glaring there too, this random dislike on your page. I don't know, guess they both suck LOL.
