What's The Weather Like Where You Are?

Chilly & snowy with -13 C

I'm in Los Angeles. And it goes back and forth between sunny and cloudy.
A couple of weeks ago, it was cloudy with win and rain. Lately, the sun's been out with a slight chill. Nothing to layer up for, you can be out comfortably in some pants and a regular short sleeve.
An issue for me is not knowing if I should opt for hot coffee or cold coffee in the morning. Often, the mornings are really chilly, then warm up shortly before noon.

because I have a dog I must go out in the cold very often... i hate it right now. When it's really windy my dog hates it too XD
