What comics inspire you in your own work? Like, when you read them they just make you wanna draw! (webcomics and published comics, big and small!) (I hope this is the right category for this)

Personally some of my inspirations are Spirou & Fantasio (franquin mostly) and Corto Maltese, and I really like the dark Knight returns by Miller :eyes:
For webcomics I've been enamoured with Sakana since i started reading webcomics.

Let me hear your faves!

More than anything lately, Gon by Masashi Tanaka. I mean, look at this, epic hand drawn shot of the Amazon river. His art is so inspiring to me.

Others would be One Piece, The Adventures of Tintin, and the entire catalog of Marvel comics from the Silver Age.

I was inspired by Made in Abyss primarily at the beginning. Once I started the worldbuilding I was inspired by th Chilean Chasqui. There was a lot of other smaller inspirations but those and Brandon Sanderson in general were probably the largest immediate influence on the creation of Runner

Peacemaker Chronicles (2020) takes a lot of influence from Jojo's bizarre adventure! but also the creator Araki himself I read his book about writing stories to help with my own!

Please feel free to check out my webcomic Peacemaker Chronicles (2020)!

The psychology and dilemma most rich kids and famous people go through, the sorta aimlessness or void of meaning they usually end up having.
