I like paneer biryani. There's just something ver comforting about the carbs of rice, the steamed vegetables, the spices, and the paneer (Indian cottage cheese).
I haven't tired paneer biryani — it sounds delicious!!!
Ramen, or just any noodles with enough soup.
The only downside though is you can not eat chicharon at midnight lest you worry waking up other people sleeping in the house.
I found this recipe, and it's sooo tasty.
You can easily tweak it to fit your tastes too. I make less broth because I don't really like it, but make more of the dumplings as the warm, soft, doughy goodness is too hard to resist! Super great with the days getting colder too.

I love hamburgers and pizza. But when I was in quarantine I had a lot of hot chocolate. I’m not sure why. I guess I just had a huge craving for it. Pumpkin pie is a good one, too. Oh, and mozzarella sticks, can I just say I love food?
