honestly i think my top 5 lately has been

• the portal series
• splatoon 3
• sonic fronties
• hades
• palia

honorable mentions would probably be oneshot, sonic rush, sonic colors for gameplay, acnh:new horizons and sky: children of the light

granted faves are ever shifting for me coz i tend to fall in and out of love with some titles but it usually comes back to a one or a handful of those plus there's a ton more i'd like to play but havent yet

I think, for now, mine would be Final Fantasy XIV Online. I've been playing it for almost 10 years but been there since almost right after its release date. It wasn't only about the game storyline or the mechanics; rather--it's more about playing the game with friends & making memories with them: going on goofy adventures with them or ambitious raids to get better loot or fashion accessories lol. Some have left the game for others & a few decided that they were done with video games, but the memories and screenshots/photos we took together as a group will always be special to me.

It was very very small in the Xbox 360 version. That was my first one. I liked how it could have less room and plan out my buildings according to each biome and how much easier it was to find things.

I started on the Xbox360, I played it with my brother and my 2 nieces a lot.
Yeah, it was way easier to find back home when you were lost. I also
like limited resources. I wish it would be possible to play with a limited
map on the ps5

Ooooh, that's a tough one because there is more than one game, but... those two games will be my forever loves:

This is hands down my favorite Final Fantasy game ever! The characters are still some of my absolute faves, the sidequests and Easter Eggs still make my cry and the game mechanics are SO FRIGGIN EPIC

And then: Skies of Arcadia. Starts out as your run-of-the-mill "gather some crystals to save the world" plot and then it disolves into unexpected PLOTTWISTS! Genius.
