I'm not a really huge gamer  my boyfriend is though. but I guess I love Minecraft and Skyrim ahah.
I've been playing Minecraft since 2014 so... nostalgia plays a huge role in deciding my favourite game.

Here is something to consider when you think about your favorite game:
it will change.

My favorite game 1982 was Outlaw
Then I loved Maniac Mansion in the mid 80s and I thought
that there would never be a better game than this.
Tetris in the late 80s.
Tomb Raider, The Sims, GTA, Red dead Redemption.

I play Promince Poker every day at the moment.

I´m not a regular Minecraft player but I guess it is my favorite game
because it´s the only game I can imagine playing in 10 years and I would
still love it

Yeah! I totally agree! I think that's what I meant to say but I just didn't know how to lol

My favourite game ever used to be Urban Chaos from 1999...

...then I played Deus Ex Human Revolution and I was amazed. To this day, still my top game. I bought it in 3 different versions and own the limiter edition. I also have the very limited chibi figure of the protagonist and Adam Jensen is my husband inside my head. I even called my computer after him!

Persona 5 Royal. I never actually played the game, but the story is enough to make me love it.

I really love the Dragon Age games, especially Origins, and I also love WOTR. But the one game I keep returning to is The Elder Scrolls Online. Even if I get bored with it for a while, I'll still log in a few times a week. It's my main MMO (though I am waiting for some more quests in SWTOR, which I also like a lot).
I also enjoyed playing Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines very much.
Okay, it's hard to choose a favorite game.

If interactive novels count, then I am in love with Fallen Hero as well as The Exile and Defiled Hearts: The Barbarian.

Damn, I must be the only COD player here :no_mouth:

Playing MW2 daily since last fall

Disco Elysium
Namco X Capcom.
Samurai Western.

Mafia 2

Its been years since played that game and still love it dearly
A close runner-up would be LA Noire

My favourites change constantly, but the staples tend to be:

-Ocarina of Time
-Portal 2
-The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
-Dark Souls
-Super Mario Sunshine

Call of Duty is my one of my favorite franchise, just not for its multiplayer. I really got into it once their first Black Ops game came out. I was in love with the story and it's immersive zombie mode. I own all the Black Ops and my favorite one is the fourth game.

I like Cold War but only the campaign. I bought the game specifically because of it's story and I wasn't disappointed, it was a bit expensive just to purchase it for the story though, I don't care much for their other stuff in the game.

I've got quite a few faves

Final Fantasy 7
No no Kuni
Persona 5
Resident Evil 2 and 4
Metal Gear Solid 3

My favorite game is The longest journey: I love point and click games and its story is really well written.

Another game I liked was The cat lady: at the beginning I was going to dump it because of the art style, then I got caught in the story.

Another videogame I played like four times was Dishonored: the gameplay it's not frustrating and the possibility to go full stealth or brutal with different outcomes made me try different approches

Tbh I'm not into games that much but I love playing:

  1. Genshin impact (good visual and I took some inspiration)
  2. Star rail (I'm just here for blade)
  3. Ikemen sengoku (an otome game where the heroine have an actual personality)
  4. Mystic messenger (cuz im single and didn't need sleep)
  5. Blue archive (waifusss)
  6. Ensemble stars (a rhythm game with good songs)
  7. Hypnosis mic (rap rhythm game that makes my fingers cramp)
  8. Horror RPG game like ib, mad father (cuz they have a good and well written plot)

I haven't been so invested in a game like when I first played Witcher 3. Loved all expansions, especially Blood and Wine.

Runner Ups: Cyberpunk 2077 (CDPR does a good job with their concept art), Devil May Cry 5, Tekken (Asuka main), God of War (Greek Pantheon), Dragon Age Inquisition, Final Fantasy X (from the whole FF franchise, VII and XVI comes next), Nier Automata, Metal Gear Rising (unpopular but I did enjoy Platinum Games' smooth action gameplay)

Donkey Kong Country
DK Country 2
MK3
Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past
Final Fantasy 7
Final Fantasy 12
Final Fantasy 13
Lego Star Wars
World of Final Fantasy
Animal Crossing: New Horizons

At one point and time I liked fighting games until I didn't...I tried some of the POV/1st person games, only to find out that the whole moving/spinning camera thing really fucks with me and makes me feel nauseous and overheated. At one time I used to play a lot of Madden but they never really upgraded the game and I ended up getting bored with the whole thing after I bought Madden 17, so now days I stick to stuffs like Final Fantasy and light enjoyable stuff like ACNH; I've even bought the Spider-Man game, but have yet to play it.

@JoshRaed Terraria is a good one
I think atm I've been enjoying Stardew Valley the most. I've been replaying so that I can do the Joja route plus I've been marrying a different character in each of my saves (Currently on the third husband now, lol )

When it comes to games I enjoy, I often find myself drawn to the classics and those with a straightforward appeal that offer a bit of a challenge and a touch of nostalgia. One game that really resonates with me is Minesweeper. If you’re a fan of Minesweeper or just curious to give it a try, you might want to check out 1000mines.com. It’s a great spot for anyone who likes a bit of strategy and problem-solving. Whether you’re revisiting an old favorite or trying something new, it’s definitely worth exploring for its engaging and well-thought-out gameplay.

I really like rhythm games but barely anyone I know play them :pensive: I think I know only like 2 other people who also play rhythm, and we play on different consoles so the games that we actually play don't overlap.

Currently my favourite is Gadvia. Besides rhythm, it also have adventure mechanics that makes it all the more interesting.

I'd go into a whole list, but I shall spare ye.

Currently, I'm replaying through one of my absolute favorites (because the season of spookiness is upon us.)

Inscryption. It's Inscryption. :smile_01:
